Last Friday, we all saw Tiger Woods make his “genuine apology” to fans, colleagues, sponsors, family, etc. It came off as a speech that was rehearsed “a million times”, and it was most likely written by his publicist.

Anyway, Tiger stated he intends to finish his treatment (for sex addiction) and he is unsure of when he will make his great return to golf.

As for the media, he’s asked that his family be left alone. Either way, his family is the victim and they should not be punished for his behavior. We wish them well and hope to report more positive news about Tiger Woods in the future.

On Friday, February 19th Tiger Woods will finally break his silence after being M.I.A. for so long. He intends to let the public know about the future of his golf career and his family life. We’re sure he’s hoping this will finally get the paparazzi off his back for at least a few months. We expect to see Tiger back on the green soon!

Tragically, famed designer Alexander McQueen committed suicide on February 11, 2010. Sadly, the week before the designer lost his mother.

Brittany Murphy was buried on December 24, 2009 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills where she joined the likes of Hollywood royalty such as Ed McMahon, Freddie Prinze, and Bette Davis. The service was said to be very intimate with a small group of family and friends. Widower Simon Monjack shared cherished memories of his beloved Brittany. The official cause of death is still unknown, toxicology results are pending.

As reported by multiple news sources, actress 32-year-old Brittany Murphy passed away on December 20, 2009 after being discovered by her mother Sharon in the shower. According to TMZ some sources have indicated that Brittany was on medication and experiencing ‘flu like symptoms’. There was vomit in the area where she was found. She went into cardiac arrest and was pronounced dead around 10 a.m. pst. in Los Angeles, Her autopsy is underway today, the cause of death is unknown at this time.

Brittany Murphy is best known for her roles on Clueless, Just Married, 8 Mile, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Girl Interrupted, The Ramen Girl, Uptown Girls, The Little Black Book, and so many more.

Brittany will be dearly missed by family, friends, and fans worldwide.

On Friday, talk show queen Oprah Winfrey announced that she will end her 25 year run of the Oprah Winfrey Show in September 2011. Oprah’s “retirement” from daytime television is significant because she was an inspiration for people worldwide. We’ve seen many women entrepreneurs develop the most innovative ideas just by sitting in front of the television and watching the Oprah Show. We’ve seen celebrities make and break their careers on the Oprah Show; one of the most memorable moments was seeing Tom Cruise stand on Oprah’s couch and profess his love for Katie Holmes.
