Overall, 2007 was a great year for fashion. We had trendsetters like Paris Hilton, Gwen Stefani, Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise, and Victoria Beckham who stood out this year.

We were introduced to Katie Holmes nearly ten years ago in 1998 on Dawson’s Creek as Joey Potter. Those were the days when she looked like the “girl next door.” So many young girls looked up to Katie for her beauty and humble image she maintained despite her new found fame. Katie is originally from Toledo, Ohio and so quickly she was able to make a name for herself among so many beautiful faces. As many of you know she later caught the eye of one of Tom Cruise, who is probably one of the most recognized faces in Hollywood. Once upon a time everyone thought their relationship was an act, but after a wedding which could compete with some of the great royal weddings and the birth of their child Suri Cruise they have now gained everyone’s approval. Throughout the whole “TomKat” relationship we’ve watched Katie transform herself to prepare for motherhood and blend in with the Hollywood scene. Take a look at the pictures which are milestones in Katie’s style, she’s no longer the girl everyone knew back in Toledo or Joey Potter from Dawson’s Creek.

It maybe true that in space no one can hear your scream, but I am more more interested in what to wear in deep space. Boing Boing TV covered a recent space couture runway show where the fashion was not completely out of this world. The fashion show was put on by space nerds.

Below are some great pictures of celebrities on Halloween. West Hollywood is a hotspot for all of the creatures to come out at night to party. Heidi Klum hosted a big Halloween bash in her cat suit. Britney Spears wore 2 very unflattering costumes. We also got to see the celebs such as Jennifer Garner and Gwen Stefani trick or treating with their kids. Ellen DeGeneres wore a “pregnant Jennifer Lopez” costume, she mocked her constantly during her show that aired on Halloween by saying “I’m not pregnant.” The cast of the Today Show dressed as the Munsters family; they had a great time in the plaza. What a surprise that Paris Hilton decided to dress as a “sexy prisoner”; I bet Ricky & Kathy Hilton were proud!

On October 25th, many celebrities participated in a benefit hosted by Jane Kaczmarek and Fredericks of Hollywood. Celebrities designed corsets to be auctioned off to benefit the charity Clothes Off Our Back. You can bid on corsets created by Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Fergie, Courtney Cox-Arquette, David Arquette, Beyonce, Eva Longoria, Hillary Swank, Jamie-Lynne Sigler, Lucy Liu, Jessica Biel, Jeremy Piven, Mandy Moore, Ashley Simpson, Ashley Olsen and so many more!

If you’re looking for something trendy, refreshing, the drink of socialites like Paris Hilton maybe you should try Bling H2O. A 750 ml. bottle of water is $40, while the smaller version cost $20. Many thirsty celebs are drinking this “high quality water”. Who wouldn’t want an adorable frosted bottle with Swarovski crystals. What you really would be paying for is a cute bottle. If it gives you some pride in knowing that you’re drinking the same water as many of Hollywood’s elite, then this is a must have item for you. Apparently Paris Hilton buys Bling H2O for her dog regularly. There are limited editions with “Paris Pink” and “Tinkerbell” written on the bottles in Swarovski crystals.

Dolce & Gabbana is now lending their name to technology. You can now see DG on blue tooth headsets, so now you can look stylish while you’re talking to your friends and colleagues. The newly designed Dolce & Gabbana H700 blue tooth headsets are manufactured by Motorola promises many new features for all to enjoy at a reasonable price. This blue tooth has echo canceling technology, a 30 % reduction in size, and 30 feet connectivity range.

Here is a trendy link, Style Mob. Style Mob is like a remix of are you hot or not, myspace, DIY crowd, and street fashion, and social, network, user generated content, blah, blah, blah. Create a profile, upload your fashion creations, and have the mob vote whether they like it or not. Even though I have a style of my own, meaning I don’t follow the mob, the site is kewl because it can be fountain of inspiration for those trying find their style. The site can also be used to show off your sense of fashion to fashion minded people.

Could there actually be an easier way to stay in shape? Well, the flip-flop called the “Fit Flop” promises that it will tone your feet, legs, buttocks, stomach, and back. Some other benefits of walking in the Fit Flop include improved circulation, posture, and muscle. Can this shoe be the perfect fit, or is it just a marketing ploy? These flip flops are not the most stylish and colorful as the Crocks but I think they are ideal if you like to stay in shape by simply taking long walks.
