According to reports, Britney got her kids taken from her due to her non-compliance of Judge Gordan’s ruling. In fact, its crazy Britney did not bother to sign the court documents! Judge Gordan ordered Britney Spears and Kevin Federline to both take parenting classes, submit copies of their drivers licenses, and refrain from consumption of alcohol 12 hours before the children are in their physical custody. Since there was proof of drug use and alcohol abuse by Britney Spears, the judge ordered Britney to submit to random drug tests two times a week. Britney did not submit to random drug tests, or do anything to comply with Judge Gordan’s order, that is why Britney’s kids were taken from her. To top it off, Britney has been driving with her two children without a California Drivers License. Today, October 3rd, Britney became a licensed driver in the state of California. Even after a second hearing today, Judge Gordan has ruled that Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline will remain in the physical custody of Kevin Federline. Britney will be granted supervised visitation with her two children. Rumors are swirling that Britney is on suicide watch, and she will be heading to rehab this weekend in Antigua at Crossroads Rehabilitation Centre (owned by Eric Clapton.) For those of you that have been following Britney for the last year, Britney spent 24 hours at Crossroads back in February. Experts such as Dr Drew believe this is not the end of Britney’s downward spiral.
