Britney Spears has been ordered to give her two sons Jayden James and Sean Preston to ex husband Kevin Federline by Wednesday. This ruling comes after Judge Gordon commented that Spears engages in “habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol.” She was also ordered to have random drug tests twice a week. Social services has also been checking up on Ms Spears and perhaps her parenting skills were not up to par. Last week, her former bodyguard testified that was concerned about the welfare of the children, and he has witnessed the former pop princess engaging in sexual activity, drug use, and alcohol consumption. Jayden James and Sean Preston will be in the safe arms of their father Kevin Federline. Apparently the custody is still 50-50, but the children will remain with Kevin Federline “until further notice.” There’s no word about what sparked the events but one can speculate events that have taken place within the last week had something to do with this hearing that took place today in a Los AngelesCounty court room.
