David is currently signed with theLos Angeles Galaxy; he has a $32.5 million dollar contract for the next 5 years. The couple is the most sought after by the media, they have 10 security guards protecting their Beverly Hills mansion.

Last night, Kiefer Sutherland was arrested on suspicion of DUI, allegedly his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit of .08. This is the “24” star’s second second since 2004. In 2004 he was fined, and this time if he’s convicted he will have to serve 5 days in jail. According to the police, Kiefer Sutherland was pulled over at approximately 1:35 AM PST on the corner of La Cienega and Beverly for making an illegal U-turn. According to the Hollywood Police, Sutherland was booked at 4:09 AM, and released at 5:42 AM on $25,000 bail.

Pop-sensation, Disney star Miley Cyrus (a.k.a. Billy Ray Cyrus’ daughter and “Hannah Montana“) wants to clear up a nasty pregnancy rumor. Allegedly, a fake teen magazine circulated an article stating the 14 year old star is pregnant. Reps for Ms. Cyrus give an explanation for this rumor,

“It’s 100 percent false. Someone doctored a J-14[magazine] article and posted this online. It’s ridiculous and completely untrue. Miley is not pregnant.”

J-14 magazine has issued the following statement, “Despite Internet rumors, J-14 NEVER reported that Miley Cyrus is pregnant.”

By all accounts, Miley Cyrus is in good spirits, she just finished tapping the second season of Hannah Montana, and she is will begin her Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Tour October 18th.

Smoked Sturgeon & Caviar Bombe, this dish is truly unique because it features a fusion of bitter and sweet flavors that melt in your mouth. The second course on the tasting menu is Tuna & Foie Gras Mosaic, the flavor of the tuna is preserved and accented with the flavors of the foie gras in the center of the tuna. The third course featured Yellowfin Tuna, served cold, it brings out the natural flavors of the tuna. The fourth course featured Parmesan-Black Pepper Souffle with Dungeness Crab, Sea Urchin, and Chive Butter. The souffle is a menu favorite because it blends the flavors of the crab, sea urchin, and chive butter;this course is definitely the heaviest. The fourth course featured Maine Scallops seasoned with tandoori sauce and spices, the sauce and the spices were a great match for the scallops. The fifth course featured Monkfish accented with Ramps, Porcini Mushrooms & Sweetbread Fondue. The blend of the sweet bread fondue and the porcini mushrooms really accented the flavor of the monkfish. The last course featured Milk Chocolate Mousse Bar Ginger Infused Milk Chocolate Mousse, Caramelized Bananas, Flourless Cake, if you’re a chocolate-lover this will be the highlight of the menu; for those of you that are not chocolate-lovers its a wonderful way to harmonize all of the previous courses. This is a restaurant with excellent food, and top-rate service.

Barneys New York is a high-end chain of department stores that opened its original store in Manhattan. The decision was made in June to open the store in San Francisco at Union Square to align itself with other high-end stores in the area such as Bloomingdales, Prada, and Dolce & Gabbana. San Francisco is one of the top tourist destinations in the world, and Union Square is becoming the center for high-end shopping.
