Where in the World is Matt Lauer??

“Where in the World is Matt Lauer?” is a one week segment about Matt Lauer traveling the world to different locations every single day. Over the past week, Matt traveled to Everett, Washington; Moher & Galway, Ireland; Bhutan, Dubai, and Cape Town, South Africa. Matt spent time in each of these locations exploring the culture, and enjoy incredibly luxurious accommodations. In Everett, Washington Matt had the opportunity to explore the Boeing Factory, which is a very notable landmark. For those of you who have not traveled to Everett, it is located in the Seattle area so Matt did explore a bit of life in Seattle as well. In Ireland Matt introduced us to some great Irish traditions, fashion, and food. He showed us beautiful views of the countryside and introduced us all to some fabulous Irish music. Matt learned about the ancient sport of archery in Bhutan; he also learned about women’s rights in the country. Although Matt spent a short period of time in each of these locations, he learned so much in a short time.

Traveling to these locations is not impossible for the average person, on today’s segment on Matt traveling to Dubai, a travel detective Peter Greenberg mentioned a website called Airtreks this company allows travelers to purchase a round the world (RTW) ticket for as low as $1800, as long as you continue your destinations in the same direction. The travel must be completed within a period of six months. Perhaps someone out there can travel around the world just as Matt Lauer did this week. Where would you go?
