Paris Hilton will be spending 45 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation from a prior DUI conviction. The heiress will receive her sentence on June 5th, and she will be housed at the Central Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California. Los Angeles City Attorney Delgadillo believes today’s ruling sends a clear message that in the City of Los Angeles, “no one is above the law.” During the court proceeding, Kathy Hilton, mother to the heiress, ran over to the lead prosecutor and said, “This is pathetic. I want your autograph.” It has become apparent where the young heiress picks up her behavior.
